Shipping Time

Delivery Phases
- Processing Time: Includes order verification, assembly, and pre-shipment steps. This can vary based on your location and our efficiency.
- Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on your chosen shipping method and destination.
Note: Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and promotional events.
We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total delivery time combines both processing and shipping periods.

Shipping Delays

- Notify us of any unexpected delays so we can assist you. We aim to respond within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
- If tracking shows delivery but you can’t find your package, first check the delivery location thoroughly.
- Then, contact the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
- We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- Nordkicksis not liable for customs fees if the package is rejected by the recipient or if delivery fails after multiple attempts.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
